EveryOzNeeds offer returns on all full priced items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

EveryOzNeeds requires all returns to be made within the designated return period and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned at the customer’s expense.

 

Unfortunately, EveryOzNeeds cannot cover any return shipping costs for your original item coming back to us, or the cost to send out your new exchanged item.

Return rates for Australian orders are $10. This amount will be deducted from your store credit or refund amount upon processing your return. This cost is cheaper for you than if you were to go to your local post office as EveryOzNeeds absorbs some of the cost on your behalf.

Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@everyozneeds.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost. 

 

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been accepted.
